Ingredients: 1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz.), 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 pkg cool whip (16 oz.), 2 pkg lemon pudding (can be instant, homemade, etc.), 3 cups milk, 1 cup butter (2 sticks), 2 cups flour, cup walnuts chopped
STEPS: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter and stir in flour and walnuts. Press into a 9×12 pan and bake for 20 minutes. Whisk together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Continue mixing on low while adding in one cup of Cool Whip and spread on top of the cooled crust. Make the pudding according to the package’s instructions. Pour the finished pudding on top of the cheese layer and top with the remaining cool whip. Add more walnuts if desired.
