Ingredients: 1 3/4 cup flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 3 eggs, 7 tbsp oil, 1 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract (Optional: Fruit sauce & whipped cream)
STEPS: Mix all the ingredients together, except the eggs. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and mix the yolks with the rest of the ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until it creates a foam. Fold in the egg white mixture into the rest of the ingredients without breaking the bubbles. Pour the set amount of mixture into your specific waffle maker and continue until you run out of batter. After the waffles are done, top with condiments of your choice. (A few choices: syrup, whipped cream, berry sauce, and/or fresh berries).
