Whipped Cream

Ingredients: 1 cup heavy cream, 1 tbsp granulated/confectioners’ sugar (confectioners’ is better for bigger batches), 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (Yields: ~2 cups of whipped cream)

 

STEPS: Combine all ingredients and whisk until peaks form. The more you whisk, the stiffer the whipped cream becomes. Medium peaks are generally the best.
