Ingredients: 6 eggs, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tsp white vinegar, 1 tsp yellow mustard, 1/8 tsp salt, pinch of black pepper, and paprika for garnish
STEPS: Hard boil eggs (so boil for about 12 minutes). Make sure to place the eggs carefully in the pan and avoid any cracks in the egg. (Also, there should be enough water that the eggs are completely submerged.) Remove the hard-boiled eggs from the boiling water and place them in an ice bath until cooled. Crack egg shells and halve the eggs lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks into a medium bowl and mash them. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to the egg yolk. Mix well. Evenly disperse the egg yolk mixture onto the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
